Associate Pastor of Students/Adult Education (Full-time)
This position will direct and oversee the student and adult education ministries of the church. This includes organizing and conducting all aspects of the student ministry from middle school through college. This position will also evaluate, coordinate and administer biblical education programs for the various educational departments in the church including students, college/career, adult Sunday School, and small groups. This position requires solid experience in leading a church student program and coordinating church programs such as the educational ministry. A seminary degree in student ministry and/or education preferred.

Director of Children’s Ministry (Part-time, 15-20 hours per week)
This position will oversee the entire Children’s Ministry (fifth grade and under) to ensure a smoothly operating, safe and effective program. This includes recruiting and training volunteer leaders who will touch children’s lives with God’s love, teaching them to worship, learn and obey God’s Word and provide fellowship with God’s people to lay a foundation that will keep children interested in the things of God and involved in church. Experience directing a children’s ministry preferred.

Associate Pastor Of Worship
 
Full-Time Position
Description
This position will provide a comprehensive ministry of music and worship consistent with the Holy Scriptures to facilitate the worship of God. This position will direct the planning, organizing, conducting, and evaluating of the overall music ministry for both a very traditional and very contemporary worship service. This includes a praise band, graded choirs, instrumentalists, hand bells, etc. The Worship Pastor will lead the activities necessary for programs celebrating Christmas, Easter and other special events. This position will also assist the Senior Pastor in planning all worship services.
Requirement
Prior experience in leading both traditional and contemporary worship services.
Experienced in leading a choir, praise team, and praise band.
Degree in Music preferred.
Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Compensation
commensurate with experience
